The Costa Dorada runs from Barcelona to Tarragora, and is rather more sophisticated than the more established resorts. Here you can holiday among unspoilt villages, clusters of villas and elegant towns, all basking in Meditrerranean sunshine.
The coastline varies from rocky hills to the North, soft sand beaches along the main resorts, to expanses of wetlands and lagoons, rich with birdlife and conserved in the Parc Natural del Delta de L’Ebre.
Nightlife on the Costa Dorada has a rather more low key and friendly feel than most other holiday resorts in Spain.
